Embodyment is a form of yoga therapy that offers you a deep and profound healing experience. Embodyment facilitates a release in the muscles deep in the core of the body, around the spine. These sessions allow you to drop in and effortlessly release unconscious holding patterns, stress and tension. This modality can help heal back and neck pain and overall discomfort. It offers you deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Yoga Therapy gets into the specific tight areas on your spine. These poses offer deep spinal release that is equivalent to several yoga classes.

 

Tara uses precise alignments, supportive props, hands on adjustments, and Embodyment throughout the session. The experience can be deeply relaxing, blissfull and transformational.

Private Yoga Instruction
includes a series of poses that are designed for your own specific needs. Receive effective hands on guidance in each pose and learn what kind of propping your body needs. These are beneficial for students who would like to develop or deepen their home yoga practice or for students with special needs- i.e. injuries, illness & physical limitations.

Bodywork Sessions

Take a Journey into Yourself

Tara’s unique style of bodywork is grounded, intuitive and very effective. Her sessions allow you to settle in deep and feel and access the places in which your body is holding onto old patterns, memories, thoughts and feelings and gracefully release them. 

You will experience more ease, joy and freedom in your body. Tara uses warm, ayurvedic oil blends to ease your tissues in releasing tensions and toxins. The sessions include a combination of techniques: Acupressure/Shiatsu, Ayurvedic Massage, Deep Tissue, Parasympathetic Massage, Energy work and Yoga.

65 Minute Sessions are good for working with specific areas and 95 Minute Sessions are more appropriate for a full body treatment.
